by Brian & Vicki Gleason.  We are not a franchise.  Our company is completely dedicated to providing safe, high quality installations and the best windshield repair service available. 

Established in 1983, Brian started providing mobile service out of their home repairing stone-damaged windshields.  Visions has evolved into a full service auto glass shop.  Visions staff includes Brian & Vicki Gleason, Sales/Repair Technicians Mark Gleason & Gary Rude, and Auto Glass Installation Experts Craig Finlayson & Jason Hanna.

Brian is on the Board Of Directors for the Iowa Chapter of the Independent Glass Association (IGA).  He is a Certified State Instructor for the Continuing Education Class "Loss Prevention And Control - Auto Glass Replacement" in the State of Iowa.  He conducts classes for insurance agents about the importance of safety in the auto glass industry.  To date over 125 agents and claims personnel have attended the course.
